Annual dog vaccination clinics to visit Nunavik communities in 2014
Kuujjuaq, Québec, June 9, 2014 – The Quebec Government has announced a series of vaccination clinics in the northern villages along Ungava Bay from June 10 to 19. Veterinarians will offer free vaccination against rabies and other canine viruses such as distemper, hepatitis and parvovirus to protect domestic animals.>

Nunivaat – Nunavik Statistical Bulletin – The latest issue of the Bulletin has been distributed to households in Nunavik. This issue provides a summary of the findings of the report Consumer Prices Monitoring in Nunavik 2011-2013. The research demonstrated among other things that, while the prices for fresh perishable products decreased in Nunavik during the study period, the prices for other food products increased.>
La Tournée du cinéma québécois visits Nunavik and Nunavut May 12 to 26
Kuujjuaq, May 12, 2014 – The Youth Employment Services Nunavik of the Kativik Regional Government and the Association des francophones du Nunavut invite you to attend the five free red-carpet screenings of the Tournée du cinéma québécois that will take place from May 12 to 26. Many movies will be presented in Kuujjuaq and Inukjuak, such as Uvanga, Timuti, Urban Inuk and the First Nations People Cinema event.>
