QUEBEC PROJECTS TO RECEIVE BROADBAND CANADA FUNDING
Gatineau, Quebec, July 6, 2010 — The Honourable Lawrence Cannon, Minister of Foreign Affairs, today announced that seven projects in Quebec have been conditionally approved for funding through the Broadband Canada: Connecting Rural Canadians program. These projects will bring broadband Internet access to an estimated 29 000 households in the province.
