Building Maintenance and Asset Management

The Building Maintenance and Asset Management Section is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of more than 200 residential and commercial buildings, plus the KRG’s vehicle assets, in all of the region’s 14 communities. These buildings include staff housing, offices, airport infrastructure and police stations. The Section also provides technical assistance for other important community infrastructure, such as childcare centres, and it performs related maintenance when necessary.
