Communications

The main role of the Communications Section is to coordinate the flow and the quality of information disseminated by the KRG, both internally and externally. In particular, it assists with the organization of public relations events and facilitates media coverage of KRG activities. The Section is also responsible for maintaining the KRG’s website www.krg.ca and an intranet site reserved for KRG employees. The Section also produces the organization’s annual report and various other documents. The management of Inuktitut, French and English translation for all departments and reception services at the KRG’s main office in Kuujjuaq are also responsibilities of the Section.
